I made this for breakfast this morning. Everyone loved it including my husband who really would rather not eat avocado. It was awesome.
I eat in moderation. I eat 3 or 4 small meals a day. I eat just about any thing I desire in very small portions. I don't eat the NO NO foods every day but I eat them every one in a while. I am feeling good and I try to stay active. Dietitian comment: Thanks for your comment. Many people find that they can have small amounts of foods that are on the Limit or Avoid list.
