This was really good. I added a little more garlic & onion than called for because we're big fans of those 2 items. So many Davita recipes are time consuming, but not this one. Definitely a repeat

I thought you were going to eliminate non-dairy creamer from your recipes. Have you come up with a substitute yet? Thank you. Love your recipes. Dietitian comment: We are still working on making updates to the nutrient analysis after kitchen testing the changes so it is taking a while. I suggest half & half to replace the nondairy creamer--but read the ingredient list as we discovered some brands of half & half also contain phosphate additives.
